Summer Macaroni Salad
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 box of elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained)
  • ⅓ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped cucumbers
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 cup prepared mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
  • 1½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss in large bowl, serve chilled
