This tricks your brain into overeating and it even prompts food addiction. Don’t be Scared of Coffee

A lot of people stay away from coffee because they feel as though it is unhealthy but this is not the case at all. In fact, coffee is actually very healthy for you. The one thing that you need to make sure that you do is avoid adding milk or sugar though because if you do then you will be adding calories without actually having to.
