Mini Pepperoni Pizza Bites

These Mini Pepperoni Pizza Bites are totally out of this world and super easy to throw together!  I use Pillsbury pizza dough, or biscuit dough, Prego Spagetti Sauce and shredded Mozzarella Cheese!

Yield: 5
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes


  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough, I used Pillsbury
  • 2 cups marinara
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Leave pizza dough rolled up, and slice into 16 equal rounds.
  3. Place rounds in oiled muffin tins and par-bake for 8 minutes.
  4. They may come out a little puffy so just tap them down.
  5. Top pizza dough with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until brown and bubbly!
  7. Serve with warm marinara and ranch dressing!

    Did you spray the muffin tins first? I would think they would stick and be hard to get out?

      Sorry, but did you use mini muffing pans or regular?

  8. I made this Bob’s red mill GF flour and it turned out great… though I was worried as I have trouble making GF flour rise, it behaved this time. I had been missing “bagel bites” something fierce…glad I have a way to make my own now 😀 😀
