- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 cup good mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 cup small-diced celery 2 stalks
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried grapes
Remove all meat from the chicken, and toss with the mayo, dill, celery and grapes. Serve with crackers of on a slice of good bread!
