Summer Macaroni Salad
this is my all time favorite summer bbq side. It also keeps well in the fridge for a few days. The secret to this is the vinegar:)

Summer Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 1 box of elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Toss in large bowl, serve chilled
