Cajun Low Country Boil Recipe

Low Country Boil
Ingredients
- 2 lb. red new potatoes
- 1 lb. Kielbasa, cut into quarters
- 1 lb. Cajun Andouille sausage, cut into quarters
- 6 ears corn, cut in half
- 3 pounds fresh shrimp, unpeeled
- old bay seasoning
- cocktail sauce
- lemons
Instructions
- Place potatoes in bottom of large pot and cover with water. Dust with plenty of old bay seasoning. Bring water to a boil and cook potatoes until tender. Add corn, kielbasa, sausage, dust with additional old bay, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add shrimp last, dust with more old bay and cook for 3 additional minutes. Serve with old bay, cocktail sauce and lemons
