Bacon Cheddar Jalepeno Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (I use real bacon bits)
- 4 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pickled jalepeno's, they come in a jar in the pickle aisle
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce, frank's red hot
- 1/2 tablespoon of jalepeno juice, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In
- a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise, bacon, cheese,
- hot sauce, jalepeno's, and pepper. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until
- serving. Yield: 2 dozen.
