Bacon Cheddar Jalepeno Deviled Eggs


  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (I use real bacon bits)
  • 4 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped pickled jalepeno's, they come in a jar in the pickle aisle
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce, frank's red hot
  • 1/2 tablespoon of jalepeno juice, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • salt


  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In
  2. a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise, bacon, cheese,
  3. hot sauce, jalepeno's, and pepper. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until
  4. serving. Yield: 2 dozen.
