In my opinion, you can never have too many deviled egg recipes. This one is from the Vintage Tavern in Suffolk, VA. They serve Seasonal Southern Cuisine, and these deviled eggs are amazing!
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill
- salt & white pepper
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolk. Mix yolk with remaining ingredients and pipe back into egg whites. Chill and serve.
