- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 t ginger
- 1 t cinnamon
- ¼ t red pepper flakes
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 3 peeled and chopped granny smith apples
- Season the pork with the salt & pepper and place in the bottom of crockpot. Mix all ingredients, pour over the pork and cook on low for 6-8 hours until pork is tender.
