Crockpot Meatball Stroganoff
This could not be any easier to put together. I love beef stroganoff, but this Crockpot Meatball Stroganoff is much faster to put together and just as tasty! You could also substitute 2 lbs. cooked ground beef, if you don’t have any meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, if you can find the organic version, use that instead
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 8 oz container of sour cream
- hot pasta or rice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve over hot pasta or rice.
