Crockpot Stroganoff Meatball

This could not be any easier to put together.  I love beef stroganoff, but this Meatball Stroganoff Crockpot is much faster to put together and just as tasty!  You could also substitute 2 lbs. cooked ground beef, if you don’t have any meatballs.
