This Crockpot Cheesy Cheeseburger Macaroni is one of the best I’ve tried so far. A very easy to prepare recipe for you and your family.

Crockpot Cheesy Cheeseburger Macaroni

Yield: 3
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4  lb. ground beef cooked & drained
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 t. onion powder
  • 2 t. garlic powder
  • 2 t. paprika
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring often.  This stuff is like hamburger helper on steroids.  It's amazing!  You may want to double the recipe if you have a large family to feed!

  2. Because I’m at home today, I’m making this but in the oven. I added a shredded carrot, a shredded zucchini, double the Velveeta, and a can of drained Rotel–just cut back on the cream a little b/c I knew the veggies would give off some liquids. I’ll let you know how it turns out!

  3. Hi, do think it’s possible to make this and freeze it for the crockpot? I’m wanting to stock the freezer for a friend who is having s baby and this sounds super kid friendly! Thanks
