Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos

3 T sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
2 T diced green chiles
1 T lime juice
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1 medium green onion chopped
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
8 flour tortillas
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, green chiles, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, green onion, chicken, salt & pepper, shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix well.  Lay tortilla flat and place a large scoop of chicken mixture in the middle.  Roll tortilla as tight as possible.  Place rolled tortillas on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.  Spray with cooking oil and don’t allow tortillas to touch.  Bake 20 minutes until brown & bubbly.  Serve with salsa, sour cream & guacamole!
