- 1 rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup good mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 cup small-diced celery (2 stalks)
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup dried grapes
- Remove all meat from the chicken, and toss with the mayo, dill, celery and grapes. Serve with crackers of on a slice of good bread!
